SERVICES / CIREKON
Connecting challenges. Driving change.
From the first data point to system-wide change. Our services connect the circular economy, ESG and decarbonisation with business growth – from CBAM reports and carbon footprints to sustainable business strategy – for companies, EU exporters, cities and institutions.
Three principles behind every CirEkon service
Whether we are preparing a CBAM report, a sustainable business strategy or a training course, every project is guided by the same principles.
01
Reconciling impacts
Nature · society · business
We don’t choose between profit and responsibility. We look at your system through the eyes of management, employees, the community and nature – and find solutions that work for all of them, because only those last.
02
Resource optimisation
Resources · waste · water · energy
Raw materials, energy and water you throw away – you have paid for twice. With your team we track where resources are lost and where they can create more value. The result is measurable savings.
03
Systemic effect
Positive impact on society
One good measure is a starting point, not the goal. We connect change with people, partners and suppliers so it becomes part of how you work – and spreads beyond your company.

What our clients say
The Academy of Circular Economy programme has enabled me to improve my knowledge and skills in this area, to meet people who inspire me to keep working in this field, and to redirect knowledge and available capacities in Serbia to encourage local authorities to connect the economy and the environment through the circular economy!
All praise for the exceptionally well-organised Academy of Circular Economy. An excellent, professional introduction to what we all need to turn to in the future.
CirEkon is a true pioneer of the circular economy in Serbia. Working with Milan and CirEkon has shown me new perspectives on protecting natural resources and the need for new business models.
Frequently asked questions
Usually with a circularity assessment or a carbon footprint calculation – they show where the biggest savings are and what the next step is. For EU exporters the first step is often CBAM.
CBAM is the EU mechanism that puts a price on emissions embedded in imported goods (steel, aluminium, cement, fertilisers, hydrogen, electricity). If you export these to the EU, your customer will ask you for emissions data. More: CirEkon CBAM System.
If you sell to EU companies – usually, yes. They ask their suppliers for ESG data, often through EcoVadis or the VSME questionnaire.
Yes. We prepare emission inventories, climate action plans (SECAP), circular city strategies and support for public policy development.
